How we work

At Labetts, we specialise in commercial blind maintenance and are able to install and maintain blinds from every available manufacturer.

We have built up huge expertise in the typical maintenance requirements and most common faults that develop across a staggering variety of automatic and manual units.

Your journey towards peace of mind about your blinds and solar shading arrangements begins with a call to us, and we'll ask you some questions and arrange a site visit if required. Then we get straight to work on your quotation, taking into account your site-specific requirements to recommend a solution that suits you and your business, rather than ours, with options to choose any one of four service levels.

100% Customer satisfaction is our minimum requirement, and we want you to be delighted with the service you receive. Every time we contact you as a customer, you will have the opportunity to tell us how we're doing and let us know if there's anything we're missing.

Quotations

We will strive to answer all your questions about our quotation, and take the time to explain each step and recommendation to you with complete transparency. Where replacements are required, we will recommend like-for-like replacements if possible, and commission any custom colours or graphics as needed to match. Once you accept our quotation, we produce a schedule of visits to your sites, and maintenance begins. You can now relax.

 

Maintenance and Repairs

Every time we make a maintenance or repair visit, you'll receive a full report on the work, and observations that might help extend the life between maintenance schedules of your other units. We never waste an opportunity to gather information about your solar shading solutions, whether they're working or not. Spotting unusual dust build-up or unanticipated environmental damage is all part of the brief. We strive to keep any nasty surprises to a minimum, and after a period of regular maintenance and reporting, you will have built up a detailed picture of problems before they happen.
