Labetts are thrilled to have supplied and installed 682No. of our cord operation curtain tracks to Block A and B of Midgard's York Place, a 2 acre residential development site in Battersea.

The project, designed by architect Patel Taylor, provides 299No. apartments, communal landscaped gardens and a newly built state of the art world class headquarters for the Royal Academy of Dance.

This well-connected location beside the River Thames is also near excellent transport links, with Clapham Junction station just a 10-minute walk from the site.

The £120 million development was the best-selling scheme in South West London of 2020.
