The initial order was dealt with efficiently, the installation was clean and tidy, the installation team were fully CSCS compliant and correctly dressed, they were polite and addressed any concerns or wishes raised by the site staff. When the request for some help resolving an issue with a curtain track provider you took the problem on board and carried out the works with excellent speed and efficiency which got us out of a potential contractual issue with our client.
