Experienced and qualified blind installer required, ideally with experience in all types of blinds and experience in supervising and leading others. Working within some of the UK’s most prestigious buildings optimising blind and control systems and completing new installations. The role of the installer is to ensure products are fitted or maintained to a high standard, troubleshooting and solving other installation problems, liaising with customers on-site and getting the job done and signed off.

The work carried out varies from maintenance and repair work to full installations for clients ranging from end-users to the largest construction companies.

Ideally situated within or in easy reach of London. The role involves mainly working in South East England including London and does not require daily attendance at the office. The position is full time and hours vary depending on the job/project location. Weekend and out of hours working is sometimes required together with the flexibility to be able to stay away when required.

Salary negotiable dependent on skills and experience

**Skills/Qualifications**

- At least 3-5 years experience installing manual and motorised blinds
- SSSTS qualification
- Ideally, experience in all types of blinds or alternatively carpentry or electrical experience.
- Extremely practical and handy
- Resourceful - able to find solutions to challenges
- Basic health and safety knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead others
- Ability to understand complete documentation and instructions
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work on your own, or work as part of a team
- Ideally electrical understanding / competence / qualifications.
